How should I choose the correct sized generator?
To select the proper size of the Mystix™ Steam Generator, as well as style options and spa options, use the Steam Configurator Tool.
What is the difference between the Mystix™ Elemental and Transcendent Experiences?
Both the Elemental and Transcendent Experiences come with the control and steam head, and the generator must be purchased separately. The Elemental controls features two presets to control temperature and duration. The Transcendent Experience includes an enlarged digital interface with 12 presets for 3 user-defined profiles to control duration, temperature, and optional flow when paired with the digital rough and optional spa options. It also includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth pairing to connect to virtual home assistants and the DFC@Home™ app. This experience additionally has wallpaper options and font enlargement capabilities.
What is the maximum size of a shower for a Mystix™ Generator?
The Mystix™ Generator can accommodate a shower of up to 1350 adjusted cubic feet. For larger spaces, it is possible to join up to four Mystix generators together. Each generator will need it's own steam head and can be controlled by any one Mystix steam control. We recommend contacting the Mystix Steam Concierge for assistance sizing and ordering for spaces requiring more than one steam generator.
Which spa options will work with the Mystix™ Steam System?
Aromatherapy, audiotherapy, and chromatherapy are all compatible with the Mystix Transcendent Experience. Aromatherapy integrates our finely curated essential oil blends directly into the steam line, with options to switch between two fragrances through the digital interface. Chromatherapy features recessed LED light fixture with finished trim ring to envelop yourself in the glow of seven different color options, each crafted to have a mood-enhancing effect. Audiotherapy creates an even more immersive shower experience, offering irresistible melodies through invisible speakers when paired with any Bluetooth-enabled device.
How much water does a steam shower use?
A 20-minute steam shower uses only one gallon of water, whereas a jetted tub uses up to 75 gallons, and a 10-minute shower uses up to 25 gallons of water.
