Brizo is a luxury fittings brand for people who understand that fashion isn’t just about the clothes they wear—but their entire lifestyle. The Brizo Brand Authorized Reseller Policy, the Brizo Brand Authorized Distributor Policy, and the Brizo Brand Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy help ensure Brizo products are merchandised online and in other advertising in a manner that’s consistent with the high-end, quality image of the Brizo brand. We are actively enforcing all our Policies. This has resulted in fewer violations, which, in turn, helps to maintain the integrity and strength of the Brizo brand. We encourage you to refresh your knowledge of the Policies. The consequences for failing to comply are outlined in the applicable Policies.
As noted in the Brizo Brand Reseller Policy, a Reseller shall not advertise or sell products on or through any website, or online marketplace (including, but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Houzz, Walmart Marketplace, or Sears Marketplace), without the prior written consent. This consent is granted through execution by DFC of the Brizo Brand eCommerce Sales Application and Agreement. A list of our current approved resellers is posted (and updated periodically) in the customer support section on brizo.com.
Per the Brizo Brand Authorized Distributor Policy, a Brizo Distributor shall not sell Products to any person or entity that it knows or reasonably expects will resell such products on the internet (unless that person or entity is an Authorized Online Reseller for Products).
As noted in the Brizo Brand MAP Policy, effective June 15, 2022, the Minimum Advertised Price of 28% below our then-current list price applies to all Brizo kitchen and lavatory faucets, showers, tub fillers, bidets, accessories, and such other products as are listed with a MAP price in the monthly price files. The MAP Policy does not apply to Brizo repair parts which are not considered Brizo Products for purposes of this Policy and shall not be subject to this Policy. However, Delta® branded repair parts used for Brizo Products may be subject to the Delta Brand MAP Policy. This MAP Policy applies to all Brizo brand Resellers, Showrooms, Wholesalers, Distributors, Kitchen and Bath Dealers, and Authorized Online Retailers in the United States of America.
