The Talo® Kitchen Collection Pulls Inspiration from Nature with Soft, Graceful Lines
With soft, graceful lines, the Talo® Kitchen Collection by Brizo® takes its design cues from nature. The Talo faucet also contains several intuitive features that provide unmatched user experience. Users will first notice the two-button/four-function pull-down wand. The patented wand puts spray, stream, volume control and pause functions at the user’s fingertips, making kitchen tasks easier.
The Talo Collection is available with optional SmartTouch® and TempIDTM Technology. “SmartTouch® Technology makes turning the faucet on and off as easy as simply tapping or touching the faucet anywhere on the spout or handle,” said Mandy Ellington, Brizo senior product manager. “It’s really the ultimate in convenience, as it streamlines food prep and cleanup and saves water in the process.” As an additional convenience, the integrated TempID™ temperature indicating LED light at the base of the faucet changes from blue to magenta to red, visually indicating the water temperature.
The Talo faucet also features MagneDockÒ Technology. Utilizing a powerful magnet to securely lock the wand into the faucet spout, MagneDock Technology makes the wand extremely easy to engage and disengage and allows the Talo faucet to maintain its sweeping, artful form and seamless appearance when the wand is docked.
DIAMOND Seal® Technology is an integrated ceramic valve cartridge featuring one ceramic disc and one diamond-embedded ceramic disc. As the two discs move against each other the diamond-embedded disc polishes the uncoated disc, removing calcium and mineral deposits. This eliminates the need for lubricant and creates an impenetrable barrier with no metal parts exposed to water for a lifespan of the faucet of up to 5 million uses, which is 10 times longer than the industry standard (based on ASME 112.18.1 of up to 500,000 cycles).
The Talo collection includes a complete offering of coordinating kitchen and prep faucets and accessories, including soap dispenser, bud vase, towel hook and optional escutcheon.
The faucets are offered with or without SmartTouch® Technology and are available in a variety of finishes including Polished Chrome, Brilliance® Stainless, Venetian Bronze®, Brilliance® Brushed Bronze finishes and the brand’s popular Brilliance® Polished Nickel finish.
