In this spirit Brizo^®, the faucet brand for the fashion forward, introduces an expansion to its Solna^® kitchen collection with two new stunning finishes - Matte Black and Matte White - and the option of SmartTouch^® Technology.

"The Solna collection was an exercise in creating a truly minimal and clean design, with exceptional sleekness. By adding new finish options, we're showing how easy it is to create a completely different look with just the slightest change."

Introduced to consumers in March 2011, the Solna collection takes contemporary to a new level with crisp lines influenced by Scandinavian furniture and a seamless hidden pull-down wand that affords homeowners the luxury of both stream and spray settings.

About the Solna^® kitchen collection

Expanded collection with new finishes: The Solna kitchen faucet collection features single-hole, single-handle kitchen and bar/prep configurations, which will be available with optional SmartTouch Technology in spring 2012.  In spring 2012, the collection will be available in two new finishes: Matte White and Matte Black. It is currently available in Polished Chrome, Brilliance^® Stainless and, Brilliance^® Brushed Bronze finishes.

New optional SmartTouch Technology: SmartTouch Technology does nothing less than change the way you interact with water. Simply touch anywhere on the faucet body, spout or handle to turn on or off the water. When you tap the faucet on, the LED light indicates that the SmartTouch technology is active. When you tap the faucet off, the light goes off.

SmartTouch Technology also works to conserve water by activating flow only when needed, while the flexible operation of touch faucets promotes safe food handling by helping to reduce the potential for cross-contamination.

MagneDock^® magnetic docking technology: Utilizing a powerful magnet to securely lock the wand into the faucet spout, MagneDock Technology makes the wand extremely easy to engage and disengage and allows the Solna faucet to maintain its clean, sleek appearance when the wand is docked.

DIAMOND^TM Seal Technology: DIAMOND Seal Technology combines a durable DIAMOND^TM Valve with InnoFlex^® PEX waterways. The valve requires no lubrication, eliminates wear on seals, and ensures "like new" operation for the life of the faucet, lasting up to 10 times longer than the industry standard.[1] The InnoFlex waterways eliminate potential leak points and are less hassle to install. Water does not come in contact with metal surfaces once inside the faucet, meeting all current and upcoming state and national legislation.[2]
