Brizo® creates distinctively designed faucets that make a fashion statement in the home, while providing the latest in inventive technologies. Designer Jason Wu is one of the fashion world's newest and brightest stars, a favorite of celebrities and journalists alike.
Since 2006, the two have joined in a unique collaboration, showing the world that high style can be achieved both at home and on the red carpet. The partnership began with Brizo's sponsorship of Jason's Spring 2007 Collection during Fashion Week in New York City in September 2006. Jason designed a dress exclusively for Brizo that was auctioned off in 2007 with proceeds benefiting DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS). He also designed three custom dresses featured in Brizo's 2007 advertising campaign.
To Wu, fashion isn't just about clothes but a full lifestyle. The Jason Wu woman is interested in architecture, art, technology, and culture in addition to fashion. Brizo and Jason Wu are both emerging luxury brands, each rooted in fashion and both share the same design vision: timeless style that is both innovative and fresh. Both Brizo and Jason Wu have already partnered with DIFFA, evidencing shared social concerns as well.
Now, nearly four years into their partnership, Brizo and Jason Wu are planning the next phase in their collaboration, while continuing to be brands on the rise. Jason was the 2008 recipient of Fashion Group International's Rising Star Award for Women's Ready-To-Wear, and later achieved superstardom as the designer of Michelle Obama's Inauguration Ball gown. Brizo, meanwhile, is bringing revolutionary new products like SmartTouch® Technology to the market, and is launching a stunning new advertising campaign at KBIS Chicago 2010. With both Jason Wu and Brizo, discriminating customers get high-fashion brands that reflect their personal tastes and status in life.
